Job Description
Contribute to key industrial biotechnology development and biomanufacturing projects by executing bioprocess deployment and operations. Engage with synthetic biology and cell-cultured products to drive sustainability in food and cosmetic ingredient production. Collaborate with scientists, engineers, operators, and managers in a team committed to delivering tangible value in the evolving industrial biotechnology sector.
Responsibilities
Follow Biomanufacturing Standard Operating Procedures: Run and help improve bioprocesses on the plant floor under the guidance of engineers and managers.
Learn New Biotech Operations Skillsets: Cultivate, develop, and grow skillsets for the Synthetic Biology and Cell-Cultured Products transformational industries.
Contribute to Sustainability Goals: Participate in expanding carbon-neutral corporate goals, including sustainable energy and water reclamation projects, to foster a values-driven local community.
Essential Skills
Willingness to work hard and learn new skills quickly.
Good understanding of hygiene in an industrial biotech or food & beverage environment.
Attention to detail, observant, focused, hardworking, and responsible.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in fermentation or cell culturing, ideally in a winery, brewery, dairy, food manufacturing environment, or any industry involving production microbes like yeast, fungi, or bacteria.

Work Environment
Indoor, Cleanroom, Climate Controlled. Flexible schedules with available shifts from 3:30pm-12:30pm and 12am-10:am.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
