Position Description:
This is position is located in Dallas, TX or Pittsburgh, PA.
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AFS & Domain SME to support the implementation, configuration, and validation of commercial loan servicing systems, with a focus on AFSVision. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in commercial loan workflows and system configuration, ensuring that business rules and servicing logic are accurately reflected in the system.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Provide subject matter expertise in commercial loan servicing workflows, including disbursements, repayments, interest accruals, and maturity events.
Collaborate with system integrators and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of business rules and servicing logic.
Lead and manage system configuration and parameter management activities.
Conduct testing of AFSVision modules, including Loan Booking, Payments, and System Administration.
Validate that business rules, product parameters, and workflows are correctly configured and functioning as intended.
Identify, document, and track system issues, misconfigurations, and enhancement opportunities.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide guidance to business users during testing cycles.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, test cases, and issue logs.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience administering the full product lifecycle for the development and implementation of digital transformation, SaaS solutions, and process optimizations.
5+ years specializing in Commercial Lending & Trade Finance platforms including: AFSVision, FIS Commercial Loan System (CLS), Fusion LoanIQ platform and CGI Trade360.
5+ years of expertise in analyzing and translating needs into system requirements.
Proven experience in conversions/migrations of commercial loan servicing platforms.
Proven experience in system configuration, testing, and validation of commercial lending applications.
Strong experience working under various delivery methodologies.
Certified SCRUM Master is a plus.
Strong expertise in commercial lending operations.
Strong expertise in developing product roadmap, release maps, defining backlog items, grooming sessions, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $57,100.00 - $154,300.00.
