Summary You will serve as a Contracting Officer Representative in the Undersea Warfare Systems Engineering Division, Undersea Systems and Sustainment Engineering Department at the NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. The Secretary of Defense has ordered a department-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the DoD hiring freeze. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assessing contracts, interacting with private contractors, and analyzing proposals to support engineering and technical service contracts.
