The Supply Chain Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of operational excellence initiatives within Repair Sustainability Services, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer needs.
Your role:
Leads the strategic vision and execution of operational excellence initiatives, including supplier consolidation, regional repair optimization, and enhanced repair effectiveness, to ensure end-to-end process efficiency, cost reduction, and improved service reliability. Cultivates stakeholder engagement and garner support from Business Group (BG) Operations and Functional leaders to endorse and champion transformational initiatives.
Leads cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization and continuous improvement by strategically identifying cost drivers, root causes of failure, and automation opportunities-executing year-over-year savings initiatives and delivering ROI-backed business cases that eliminate waste and enhance process efficiency.
Spearheads the management and optimization of Operational Excellence methodologies and tools across multiple domains, ensuring consistency and efficacy in process enhancement endeavors. Elevates Operational Excellence maturity levels within the organization, identifying improvement areas and orchestrating targeted interventions to enhance operational performance and efficiency.
Oversees complex supply chain issues by utilizing known lean and 6S tools, Continuous Improvement (CI) methodology, Kaizen events, and problem-solving techniques to optimize Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory within their assigned areas.
Leads performance management by setting and delivering on supply chain goals aligned with business and customer objectives, defining and tracking key KPIs across delivery (OTS, TAT), quality (DEFOA, repeat returns), and cost (repair cost as % of new build, YoY trends, infrastructure overhead), and partnering with Finance to drive ambitious, data-driven cost planning and forecasting.

You have a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
You've acquired 5+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 3+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Supply Chain Management, Business Process Improvement, Operational Excellence or equivalent
Your skills include Microsoft office, finance, P&L, balance sheet, capital investment/ROI. Demonstrating ability to manage in 360 degrees.
You must have experience in driving strategy and tactics, through to operational implementation while building strong networking cross functions and environments preferably in a manufacturing and/or repair background.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in MA is $122,460 to $196,224 annually.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
