We are seeking a strategic and collaborativeZero Trust Product Managerto lead the organization's transition to a zero trust security architecture. This role bridges the gap between security and technology teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment, strong communication, and shared accountability for secure and scalable solutions. This position will champion security-by-design principles, coordinate diverse teams, and drive the adoption of a resilient, compliant, and business-aligned security framework. Responsibilities include: Engage stakeholders across business and technical domains to gather and translate zero trust requirements. Document strategies, roadmaps, and progress using language and visuals that promote a shared understanding across both leadership and technical teams. Coordinate cross-functional zero trust initiatives with architecture, engineering, design, and customer support teams. Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for zero trust, aligning it with broader security and business objectives. Develop a prioritized roadmap of features and initiatives that advance zero trust capabilities. Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate security risk assessments across zero trust efforts. Define key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of zero trust implementations. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Regularly report progress, risks, and strategic insights to executive stakeholders. Continuously monitor adoption and maturity of zero trust practices, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. What are we looking for?__ Education and Experience: An Associate's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field; AND 4 years of security or product management experience. Direct experience managing security or identity-related products is preferred. Alternate combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Competencies: Knowledge: Deep understanding of Zero Trust principles, frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-207), and their practical application in enterprise environments. Working knowledge of network architecture, identity and access management (IAM), cloud platforms, endpoint security, and application development. Knowledge of product strategy, roadmap development, and technical product management processes. Basic project management principles and methodologies. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication. Skilled in creating high-quality documentation, diagrams, and presentations to support shared understanding and decision making. Skilled in relationship building and cross-functional collaboration. Skilled in developing, prioritizing, and managing product roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. Abilities: Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable insights for business and technical use. Ability to articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to influence decisions, escalate risks, and align diverse teams toward a common goal.
