Our client, a leader in document management solutions, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting document destruction services. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Carmel, Indiana (College Drive and North of 116th Street)

Pay Rate: $16/hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)

What's the Job? 6-8 MONTH ASSIGNMENT

Operate an electric pallet jack to move boxes throughout the facility.

Lift and handle boxes weighing up to 35 pounds repeatedly.

Place boxes onto a conveyor system for document destruction.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

What's Needed?

Must have prior experience operating an electric pallet jack.

Must pass a background check with NO offenses in the past 7 years.

Must pass a clear drug screen.

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds repetitively and stand for extended periods.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
