?? Job Opening: Aircraft Mechanic

Shift:1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Range:$28/hr - $38/hr

Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Aircraft Mechanic to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and preparing a variety of aircraft models for flight and customer delivery. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in precision and teamwork, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in aircraft systems.

Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble aircraft components.

Replace defective parts and perform system adjustments.

Ensure aircraft are flight-ready and meet all safety standards.

Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and delivery goals.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as an aircraft mechanic or similar role.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and quality.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
