About the role: Develops capable processes and ensures efficient and effective transfer of product into production. Contributes with Process Development engineers, scientists, and/or teams in the development and analysis of products, materials, processes, or equipment. Your responsibility includes: Executes the functional deliverables associated with the PDP/TDP, Project Management, and Quality Systems. Assesses process capabilities, prioritizes process improvement opportunities, and innovates and implements process improvements on multiple and moderately complex processes. Coordinate procuring and qualification of new or modified test and/or process equipment. Organize, coordinate, and execute testing or manufacture of proto@types/materials with minimal engineering guidance, developing or revising test methods as required. Use developed networks in assisting project teams in obtaining necessary materials, services, and test data, with internal or external resources. Train/Coach peers on the technical aspects of their job including interpreting and rationalizing results (i.e. statistics, DOE). Applies technical knowledge to innovate, design, and develop processes, procedures, tooling and/or automation. Typically makes important technical contributions as part of an extended team primarily for projects of medium to high complexity with minimal supervision. Work cooperatively with R&D, Process Development, Quality, Production, Regulatory, Equipment Engineering, Supply Chain and Marketing to ensure project success.
