What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Worker, you'll be part of our Engineered Fastening Team located in Danbury, CT. You'll get to:
Assemble after-market kits according to instructions
Printing labels
Package product to prepare for shipment
Move materials in the warehouse, using safe lifting practices, including the use of various lift assist devices. Any necessary training will be provided.
Keep work area clean and orderly
Other duties as required by supervisor or lead person

Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be able to understand English, written and spoken.
Must be able to use hands, to do repetitive motions throughout the day, up to 10 hours per day.
Ability to walk up and down stairs is required
Previous warehouse experience is preferred
Core hours on 1st shift are 6am - 2:30pm when on 8 hours, when scheduled for 9 hours: 5:30am - 3pm, on 10 hours: 5:30am - 4pm.
When scheduled for 10 hours, 10 hours is required Monday through Friday. Saturday/Sunday overtime is available.
This is a union position. Annual increases guaranteed. 4-month in role increase and 22 month in role increase also guaranteed per contract.
