Preferred Qualifications:
A.S. or equivalent experience
Minimum of three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, depending upon formal degree or training
High volume, complex foodservice operations experience
Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
Strong financial understanding of forecasting, food cost management, purchasing, inventory and labor management
Experience leading and engaging a culinary team, with exceptional human resource and supervisory/management skillset
ServSafe certified
