As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will be providing direct, critical support to a Regional Vice President. Candidates must have a professional and energetic approach to work. We require experience supporting individuals at the VP level along with a strong skill set in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to successfully multi-task, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and edit executive-level correspondence, prepare spreadsheets and presentations, run reports, compile data, and answer the phone

Analyze data to help identify trends, patterns, and anomalies from standard performance reporting

Conduct research and manage special projects as necessary

Maintain filing system and databases

Assist with preparation for special events, meetings, programs, and conferences

Make travel arrangements

Prepare and distribute meeting minutes

Act appropriately on behalf of VP as required

Essential skills and experience:

3-5 years of experience in supporting VP level executives

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-level projects simultaneously, while maintaining keen attention to detail

Experience in gathering and consolidating regional and corporate information in a timely and accurate fashion on behalf of VP level executives

Proactive individual who can anticipate the needs of executives supported

Strong analytical and reporting skills
