Position Summary:
Are you an experienced and dynamic accounting professional seeking the stability of full-time employment while gaining exposure to diverse industries? Robert Half is hiring an Accounting Manager for our Full-Time Engagement Professionals team. In this role, you'll serve as a consultant to our clients, offering your expertise to support critical projects and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for client organizations.
Assist clients with complex accounting needs such as month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, audits, and financial analysis.
Develop and document accounting policies and procedures to improve internal controls and operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.
Provide leadership during system upgrades, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
Train and mentor junior accounting staff to foster professional growth within the client's organization.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred.
5+ years of accounting experience, including supervisory or management roles.
Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite).
Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with impeccable attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to adapt quickly to diverse client environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting role.
