Bilingual Sales Admin/Receptionist

Job Description

Provide support to the customer service department and handle a variety of administrative functions. This role involves daily communication with internal and external stakeholders, managing incoming calls, compiling and creating reports, and administering various programs and projects.

Responsibilities

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.

Answer and appropriately route telephone calls, screening and tactfully handling inquiries.

Handle up to 100 incoming calls per day and route them to the appropriate manager/department.

Compile, create, and modify reports using Microsoft Office applications.

Enter customer orders using Microsoft AX and Microsoft 365.

Administer various programs, projects, and processes as required by the department.

Manage various vendor contracts as assigned.

Maintain confidentiality of information and adhere to quality and productivity standards.

Essential Skills

1 year of relevant experience using Microsoft Office.

1 year of experience in customer service or administrative roles.

Confident phone presence.

Knowledge of office routines and general clerical procedures.

Proficient in keyboarding with the ability to proofread for errors effectively.

General math skills and the ability to create electronic spreadsheets and database reports.

Ability to understand and maintain confidentiality of information.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft AX and Microsoft 365 is a plus.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
