As Administrative Program Coordinator II, your work focuses on managing various projects, identifying improvement opportunities, and enhancing department efficiency and cohesion. This position is housed within the CCLCM Admissions and Student Affairs Office and supports a wide range of initiatives, including Orientation, Second Look, Graduation, Student Community and Engagement, Student Wellbeing, Career Advising, and social media for CCLCM. Ultimately, your efforts help ensure Cleveland Clinic can continue delivering the best patient care experience possible by supporting the development and success of future healthcare leaders.

A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. with caregivers working three days a week on site and two days remote.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Assist in areas such as Orientation, Second Look, Graduation, Student Community and Engagement, Student Wellbeing, Career Advising and social media for CCLCM.

Function as a liaison and administrative, technical and operational resource.

Initiate or lead less complex projects.

Coordinate policy evaluation and implementation.

Identify operational improvement opportunities to create an efficient workplace.

Develop and track communications, databases and budget summaries.

Lead orientation and records management activities and ensure standards are maintained.

Develop and update interdepartmental education programs.

Assist with the scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.

Facilitate and attend meetings and record key outcomes.

Identify key milestones and deadlines.

Communicate project status and requirements to achieve results.

Research, analyze and organize information for presentations.

Assist with the planning, coordination and tracking of various student events throughout the year.

Assist department leadership with large or complex projects.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Associate's Degree and three years of administrative or project management experience OR High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree and one year of experience

Strong computer, IT and office skills

Experience with software applications

May require a license based on department/institute needs

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field

Healthcare or related organization experience

Experience developing healthcare, financial or education programs

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

Ability to travel throughout the hospital system

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

In some locations, ability to move to 25 pounds

Personal Protective Equipment:

Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $20.77

Maximum hourly: $31.68

A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
