Summary You will serve as a RESOURCE & OPERATIONS MANAGER in the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Support Equipment & Aircraft Launch & Recovery Equipment Group of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE. Responsibilities You will collect and analyze facts, draw conclusions, and recommend solutions in clear, concise and logical terms, both orally and in writing. You will be applying, adapting and extending analytical and evaluative techniques including cost/benefit analysis, statistical analysis and other program evaluation techniques. You will serve as an expert and consultant to higher level department and command management. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties: Interpreting directives, monitors feasibility studies, and plans the implementation of all changes affecting the department; Developing and proposing long and short-range policy and guidance and implementation plans on workforce management and general administrative management for the department; Managing and developing department hiring plans to meet demand and working within a supply/demand tool (Common Spend Plan Tool or current tool; Creating strategies for presenting department business plans, prepares narrative and statistical evidence and justification in support of requests; and Executing business plans to identify and successfully develop opportunities for exercising the capabilities for SE & ALRE programs.
