Description

The Program Manager is accountable for the overall success of the program, including cost, schedule, and technical performance. The PM manages the program lifecycle .

Maintain continuous engagement with team members to ensure task completion and implement necessary course corrections.

Ensure customer alignment and manage overall customer satisfaction.

Identify, analyze, and manage all program-level risks.

Develop and maintain program plans, including budget, Estimate at Completion (EAC), resource allocation, and communications.

Coordinate and align project teams and their interdependencies.

Lead program meetings and reviews with customers and executive staff

Additional Skills & Qualifications

B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline preferred.

5+ years of experience in composite manufacturing (Required).

2-6 years of experience managing large complex assemblies, including system performance analysis, requirements management, and verification/validation within component/subassembly/system level breakdowns.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
