JOB REQUIREMENTS: The County Materials Family of Companies manufactures
and delivers concrete construction products to meet the demand for
growing communities. We rely on our talented and dedicated team members
to provide reliable products with personalized service. We are seeking
an Administrative Assistantfor County Prestress and Precast LLC in
Burlington, WI. Job Duties: Perform receptionist duties including
answering phones, performing clerical tasks, and general housekeeping
Accurately complete data entry and manage daily, weekly, and monthly
reporting requirements Assist the accounting department with data entry
as needed Responsible for purchasing and receiving materials Maintain
office supplies and inventory Print and prepare documents related to
quality control, wood and steel shop, and production (pour packets)
Responsible for filing, recording, and maintaining records Assist HRBP
with drug screens (new hire and post-incident), new hire onboarding
processes. Review and prepare employee disciplinary and attendance
infractions with Operation Leaders Assist as needed for employee time
management Assist the accounting department with data entry as needed
Other responsibilities as assigned Work Environment: Office working
environment Physical Requirements: Sitting frequently Carrying/Lifting
10 - 40 Pounds rarely Standing / Walking / Climbing rarely Experience &
Qualifications: Minimum of 1-2 years\' experience in the related field
preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft products, including Excel and
SharePoint Must be proficient in Excel spreadsheets and workbooks
Excellent communication skills Good mathematical skills Pro-active,
multi-tasked, self-motivated team player and positive attitude is a
must. Forklift experience preferred County Materials Family of Companies
