Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide customer service support in sorting emails, taking calls, and entering information for orders. This role is essential to cover responsibilities while a team member is on maternity leave.

Responsibilities

Sort and manage incoming emails efficiently.

Handle customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.

Enter information accurately for order processing.

Provide general administrative support as needed.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.

Experience in administrative support and clerical tasks.

Strong customer service skills.

Prior experience in data entry and administration.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in the manufacturing sector is advantageous.

Familiarity with purchase order processes.

Work Environment

This position is based in an office within a manufacturing facility. The role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a strong and growing company.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
