What's a typical day as a Manufacturing Technician 1? You'll be:

Understanding part number conventions and completing quality records and forms accurately.

Learning to operate the Ultrasonic Cleaning Line, Incoming Inspection Printing Line, and manual and auto cut-off machines.

Identifying and informing the Production Manager of any process and operation problems to ensure smooth operations.

Following all safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe workplace.

Performing various other duties as assigned, including housekeeping tasks.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and possess one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Can read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Are capable of completing in-process inspection forms and performing basic math functions using standard formulas.

Can apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
