Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Position Overview

Join an exciting new delivery initiative launching in your area! As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in recruiting local businesses to participate in the Delivery Partner Program. You'll work closely with a Field Manager and a team of local account executives to identify, engage, and onboard qualified businesses. This is a dynamic, field-based role that combines sales, community engagement, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door outreach to prospective businesses within a 1-hour radius.

Present and promote the Delivery Partner Program to generate interest and applications.

Qualify leads and guide businesses through the application and vetting process.

Maintain accurate records of lead activity and manage your pipeline using Salesforce.

Support the Field Manager in planning and executing local recruitment events (e.g., lunch & learns, town halls, coffee chats).

Collaborate with local influencers and organizations such as chambers of commerce and economic development groups.

Import and manage lead data using Excel and Salesforce on a weekly basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems and tools.

High level of professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
