The Content Manager, Sales Operations is responsible for managing and optimizing the Sales Experience across the customer journey, ensuring content quality, consistency, and alignment across all sales touchpoints. This role serves as a central point of coordination for consumer facing sales content, with oversight of digital and physical assets across multiple channels including Specialist Presenter, Touch Screens, Passport and Onsite Materials. With comprehensive visibility into all customer interactions, the Content Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that every asset reflects current messaging, supports enterprise initiatives, and meets legal and brand standards. This role requires a meticulous, detail-oriented professional who excels at tracking content updates, managing workflows, and driving content accuracy at scale.
This individual will work closely with cross-functional internal business partners including but not limited to: Sales Training, Instructional Design, Marketing, Owner Onboarding, Business Ops, Product and Program Development, Club, Brand, Legal, Corp Comm, and other corporate teams to deliver sales content and required support to Field Sales Teams. This position should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills as this candidate will need to coordinate various activities and communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization including Senior Leadership.
Essential Job Functions
Strategy & Planning: (20%)
Create and maintain the Sales & Marketing Deployment Schedule.
Facilitate Sales and Marketing monthly push planning sessions to ensure alignment of goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements prior to project intake.
Create agendas and conduct status calls with the Sales Content Committee to review deliverables.
Development & Execution: (30%)
Lead the end-to-end creation and execution of sales content including Specialist Presenter, Touch Screens, Passport and Onsite Materials.
Draft and complete creative briefs, provide annotated markups for asset updates, and develop mocks for new content pieces.
Streamline the Brand and Legal ticket process. (Project Management tool experience a plus)
Manage brand and legal tickets while overseeing internal reviews and feedback loops to ensure quality and timely execution.
Confirm all assets are fully reviewed and approved before go-live, and maintain accurate documentation of approvals.
Ensure all materials reflect accurate information, brand consistency, and usability for the field throughout Marketing, Sales, and Owner Onboarding touchpoints.
Field Observation & Content Optimization: (25%)
Travel to sales centers to observe and assess live sales presentations and in-market content usage.
Conduct regional calls to identify best practices, content gaps, and variations in delivery.
Build relationships with field teams to gather direct feedback and frontline insights.
Manage Content Project Tracker: (15%)
Create, maintain and update a centralized project tracker to monitor status, timelines, ownership, and deliverables.
Track asset development from intake to completion, ensuring proactive communication and accountability.
Partner with sales enablement manager to deliver final assets and align content deployment.
Publication, Communication, and Measurement: (10%)
Communicate upcoming updates with the field via monthly Bolo, Quarterly Emails, and Compass Sales and Marketing Hub.
Partner with Sales Enablement manager to support onboarding and effective use of content in the field.
Monitor content usage and performance metrics to evaluate impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
Travel Requirements

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
a) Education
Bachelor's degree equivalent experience in project management, business administration, marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related areas.
b) Training requirements (licenses, programs or certificates)
Project Management, Content Development and/or content development experience preferred.
c) Knowledge and skills
Understanding of the timeshare industry, vacation ownership products, and club structures
Familiarity with the travel industry is a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work under pressure
Proactive with a strong sense of urgency to keep work on track
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a diverse and dynamic environment
Strong networking skills and ability to solicit feedback to improve processes and strategies

d) Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other design programs and video editing tools
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio & Outlook
Comfortable using project management tools
e) Job experience
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in content management, marketing, or managing projects, implementing initiatives OR experience in a leadership role.
Specific knowledge of Travel + Leisure Vacation Ownership products, club rules, and owner needs preferred.
Experience supporting field teams or sales channels is strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively across department lines and with all levels of management preferred.
Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
