Facilities Specialist Advisor

HOW A FACILITIES SPECIALIST ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Plans, organizes, and designs the most efficient and cost-effective layout of organization facilities and buildings including architectural and structural components

Estimates material and labor costs for repairs, replacements, and improvements

Serves as liaison with outside contractors and vendors of equipment and supplies

May be involved in office move coordination

May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals

May serve as a team or task lead

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BA/BS or equivalent, 8+ years of experience

The likely salary range for this position is $105,622 - $138,497. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
