Note: The hourly rate for this position is $20 - $25 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

Post-Construction Cleaning : Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties after construction, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.

Power Washing : Utilize a power washer to clean exterior surfaces, including driveways, patios, and siding, ensuring a pristine finish.

Debris Removal : Remove construction debris, including scraps, packaging, and other materials left behind.

Detail Work : Pay close attention to detail, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.

Safety Compliance : Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning equipment and handling cleaning supplies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction cleaning or a related field is preferred.

Must own a power washer and have experience using it effectively.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors and in varying weather condition

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
