ABOUT THE ROLE

Schedule: 8:30am to 4:30pm

Provides administrative support for the facility.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Provide administrative support for the facility as needed.

Answers incoming calls and greets and directs all visitors and vendors to correct parties.

Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously and follows through on issues in a timely manner.

Plans and coordinates company events and meetings, including ordering meals.

Orders swag, flowers and other gifts for teammate events.

Keeps receipts for purchases made on company credit card.

Oversees office supply ordering and inventory as well as maintenance for office equipment.

Manages company issued uniform program.

Assists with New Hire onboarding program.

Processes mail while maintaining confidentiality of office documents.

Interacts with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high-level ofprofessionalism and confidentiality. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 2-4 years administrative experience required. Associates Degree preferred.

Excellent computer and key boarding skills; Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word.

Excel and Google Suite required.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - oral, written, and listening.

Must be detail-oriented and organized.

Able to work independently and be a team player.

Strong ability to maintain confidential information.

High degree of integrity and common sense.

Self-driven and must possess a sense of urgency.

Able to multi-task and prioritize.

Strong character and personality, ethics, integrity and good judgment.

Flexibility (including hours) and willingness to work in situations in flux.

Extremely motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Possess a positive energy, sense of humor and a can-do attitude.
