As a Customer Care Representative, you will have the opportunity to support our customers with a wide variety of banking related services. As a Customer Care Representative, you can look forward to Every Sunday off to spend time with family and friends! Eligibility for a \$50 bonus for working Saturdays! Competitive language differential for Bilingual English / Spanish speakers! Position may be eligible for an additional \$1.00 per hour in compensation depending on hours worked. Fun events and activities to participate in on site! This person will Respond to customer\'s telephone and e-mail inquiries. Respond in a professional and pleasant manner in all interactions. Utilize technical knowledge and trouble shooting skills to resolve complex customer inquiries Provide quality service as a differentiator for our company to retain current customers and attract new business. Mentor and train new Customer Care representatives Initiate opportunities to introduce Associated Bank products and services to existing and potential customers.
