Sodexo is seeking a seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Food Operations Manager Manager for New Mexico State University located in Las Cruces, NM . In this role, you will oversee campus Retail and Restaurant Operations, as well as Subcontractor Management. You'll ensure efficient, high-quality service across all locations, lead a diverse team, uphold health and safety standards, drive revenue growth, and foster an inclusive environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

develop and maintain client and customer relationships;

ensure Sodexo standards are met.

What You Bring

work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;

can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;

prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or

demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. This does not apply to external candidates.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement -Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
