Paws Up Montana is seeking a strategic, analytical, and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to help elevate our luxury brand across digital channels. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer with a passion for digital storytelling, data insights, and delivering exceptional online experiences that attract, convert, and retain guests.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, enhance engagement at every stage of the guest journey, and generate revenue through website optimization, email marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, and more.

Primary Responsibilities:

Email Marketing:

Build and deploy data-driven email campaigns via Revinate, focusing on growing our subscriber base, boosting brand visibility, and driving bookings.

Design email journeys tailored to the guest lifecycle-from pre-stay engagement to post-stay retention.

Ensure accurate audience segmentation and maintain clean, organized data within the CRM for effective targeting and campaign performance.

Website & UX Optimization:

Maintain and enhance website content, structure, and functionality to ensure a seamless user experience.

Support A/B testing, personalization strategies, and content refreshes aligned with brand goals.

Paid & Organic Media:

Assist in managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, paid social, display) to drive high-intent traffic and maximize ROI.

Help implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve visibility, traffic quality, and keyword performance.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor KPIs across digital channels and provide regular performance insights and recommendations for optimization.

Track and support responses to online reviews and digital brand presence across third-party platforms.

Content Distribution:

Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and digital execution.

Looking for team members with:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred

3+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in luxury travel or hospitality

Proficiency with CRM/email platforms; Revinate experience strongly preferred

Experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and SEO tools

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail

Proven track record of implementing digital campaigns that drive measurable results

Strong organizational and time management skills; able to balance multiple projects simultaneously

Collaborative team player who can also thrive independently

Enthusiastic about trends in digital marketing and the luxury travel space

This is a remote-eligible role with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S., though occasional travel to the resort may be requested.
