Sales & Marketing Assistant

Description

Utilize various tools, such as Google, Lusha, LinkedIn, and social media, to research and identify potential sales leads that meet specific criteria. - Build relationships with prospects and qualify leads for handoff to sales staff - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, track lead generation metrics, analyze campaign performance, and meet monthly KPIs. - Assist with the development and review of sales presentations/marketing content to engage potential leads - Craft and implement strategies for contacting potential leads through various channels, including email, phone calls and social media - Nurture leads through email and phone calls to encourage engagement - Clean lists to ensure the accuracy of potential new companies and contact lead generation - Demonstrates the values and business principles of company

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred, but not required - Previous experience in marketing, industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required - Computer Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams are required - Marketing Tools (familiarity with marketing platforms like Good Analytics, social media management tools and email marketing software is preferred - Previous sales or marketing experience preferred - Ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects at the same time - Outgoing, team-player who can also self-motivate and work independently - Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues inside and outside the organization - Experience with email marketing software and Salesforce is a plus, but not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
