Manager, Marketing - Globalization, Sustaining/PLCM

As a Marketing Manager on Stryker's Mako and Enabling Technologies team, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for driving globalization, sustaining efforts, and lifecycle strategy for the Mako and Enabling Technology (MET) portfolio. In this upstream marketing role, you'll translate market needs into strategic initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally to shape the future of surgical robotics and enabling technology.

This is a hybrid role based in Weston, FL, with an expectation to be onsite three days per week.

What You Will Do:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of upstream marketers focused on global and sustaining strategies for the MET portfolio.

Identify new customer segments and drive targeted marketing strategies to meet global and evolving needs.

Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and unmet customer needs to uncover opportunities and inform product strategy.

Translate customer insights into actionable plans that drive product innovation and portfolio enhancements.

Partner with R&D, Clinical, and Regulatory teams to advance product development and evidence generation strategies.

Own and execute the product lifecycle management (PLCM) strategy, including global scaling, enhancements, and sunset plans.

Align portfolio strategy with broader business goals and global market demands.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with key opinion leaders and global thought leaders.

Support pricing and promotional strategy, ensuring alignment with market positioning and business objectives.

Monitor performance metrics and develop benchmarks to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

What you need

Required

Bachelor's degree

8 years of work experience required

Preferred

5 years of medical device or marketing/sales experience

Previous people management experience

Previous experience in global product management market
