Senior ASC Finance Specialist (Remote)

What y ou will do

As an ASC Finance Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for Flex Financial, Stryker's equipment finance group, and will support ASC Regional Managers in your assigned regions of the United States. You are required to be the subject matter expert on over 15 custom Flex Financial program offerings, so you are able to provide a customized service for the salesforces across 22+ business units of Stryker. You will leverage your Flex Financial experience to help problem-solve and find solutions on complex transactions.

Building and maintaining relationships with ASC Regional Managers, Flex Regional Finance Managers,sales representatives, regional managers, and the Finance Representative team

Management of all ASC opportunities that are Flex dealsPricing of creative and complex finance proposals & templates

Facilitation of contracts from origination to completionData input, accuracy, and organization of all opportunities into Salesforce.com

Supporting process improvements and implementing changes

Partnering with ASC Regional Managers to align on an annual business plan and strategy

Supporting the ASC Regional Managers on Flex transactions by creating customer proposals and leading the deal through each phase of the transaction process

Delivering high levels of communication and customer service

Supporting strong relationships with sales representatives of all Stryker business units by consistently coordinating data inputs for all transactions

Ensuring pricing integrity is met on all Flexproposals within your territoryReviewing and processing signed documentation

What you need

A bachelor's degreerequired

2+ years work experience required

1+ years of lease payment pricing experienceSalesforce.com experience

Experience withTvalueSignificant team and service orientation

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

$77,200 - $160,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
