Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Gennessee, Colorado. In this contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting donors, missionaries, and staff by addressing inquiries and maintaining data integrity. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a non-profit organization while enhancing customer relationships and communication.

Responsibilities:

Respond to donation-related inquiries with professionalism and ensure timely and accurate resolutions.

Maintain and update donor records in the database, ensuring data accuracy exceeds 99%.

Collaborate with team members in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of requests efficiently.

Demonstrate professionalism and uphold confidentiality in all interactions and processes.

Support the Donor Communications Manager with various projects and team initiatives as needed. Requirements - Proven experience in call center customer service or related roles.

Proficiency in managing multiple web browsers and handling email correspondence effectively.

Strong background in customer success, with a focus on problem-solving and communication.

Ability to address connectivity issues and troubleshoot technical challenges.
