Position Summary

Contributes to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of the reporting portfolio of products or services. Conducts market research, collaborates with cross-functional teams, designs user experiences, and oversees the product development lifecycle. Applies expertise in user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends to help drive the success of the reporting portfolios and ensure they meet customer needs and expectations.

Required Qualifications

Manages the product backlog, continuously assesses reporting needs, and identify gaps to meet consumer and client requirements.

Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements for actionable reports.

Develop detailed product requirements, specifications, and user stories to guide the product development process.

Demonstrate expert understanding of data sources to collaborate with various data platform teams for data ingestion, standardize definitions, and issue remediation.

Deliver findings and reports to management, influencing upwards and laterally to drive organizational change and alignment.

Communicate with cross-functional teams, including design and engineering, to ensure effective coordination and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.

Provide consultation on reporting needs, enhancements, and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications

2-4 years work experience

Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

Adept at collaboration and teamwork

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Agile SAFe certified, not required

Understanding of SQL and data analysis skills

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred in related Information Technology, Business Analytics, Healthcare, or a related field.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,310.00 - $158,620.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
