Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Chicopee, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will excel in providing administrative support, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in various office tools and technologies.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize schedules, including setting appointments and coordinating meetings.

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring clear communication.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records.

Respond to email correspondence promptly and effectively.

Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to create documents, maintain spreadsheets, and manage communications.

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.

Communicate fluently in Spanish to support bilingual interactions.

Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes. Requirements - Proven experience in an administrative support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally.

Ability to manage schedules and coordinate appointments effectively.

Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.

Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
