Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized administrative assistant to support a dynamic Vice President and coordinate operations for a fast-paced end user department. This role will also serve as a communications liaison, assisting with the development of executive presentations, department-wide messaging, and project communication deliverables.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience in an administrative support role, ideally in a corporate or executive environment.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility, accuracy, and discretion.

A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and demonstrates initiative.

Experience sending out corporate communication messages in an enterprise environment Experience with project communication or internal communications.

Familiarity with content management systems or communication planning tools. null
