Join CVS Health as the Trade Operations Analytics Manager, where you will create and facilitate the flow of information between Commercial Programs and the greater Trade business unit. The Manager understands key negotiations, annual and mid-year processes, and conversations across Commercial Programs.

You will maintain a thorough knowledge of Trade Commercial Programs, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the other entities within Trade. The Manager analyzes and utilizes data and Trade strategies to create reports aimed at informing and advising other areas within the Trade business unit.

Primary responsibilities:

Interface with Trade negotiators to provide support in fielding and answering questions from internal partners.

Maintain existing and create new financial and operational dashboards, to provide relevant value created by the Trade organization, disruption and overall trends to Commercial organizations.

Collaborate with other Trade partners in evaluating opportunities to create value and improve existing processes.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience with the coordination of cross-functional team members and key decision makers and the ability to elevate critical issues.

Experience communicating complex issues and relaying information in an effective manner.

Demonstrated experience dissecting complex analytics and drawing meaningful insights for leadership

Required Qualifications :

5 years of experience in managed care which may include PBM, Pharma, market access, account management, specialty pharmacy, or health plan experience

5 years of analytics experience with spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or Management consulting experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
