We're looking for a highly skilled professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience working with large ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains. Key Responsibilities:

Billing: Prepare accurate and timely customer invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to address any discrepancies in invoicing data.

Collections: Proactively manage customer accounts to reduce outstanding receivables and improve cash flow. Communicate professionally via phone and email to resolve payment issues, address disputes, and negotiate payment terms when necessary.

Cash Applications: Process incoming payments accurately, including checks, ACH transfers, and wire payments, ensuring proper application to customer accounts. Investigate and reconcile variances in cash postings.

ERP Systems: Utilize large ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains) to manage accounts receivable workflows, generate reporting, and ensure data integrity.

Work closely with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and support month-end close activities.

Generate reports and analysis, providing actionable insights to management regarding accounts receivable performance.

Maintain compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, with expertise in billing, collections, and cash applications.

Experience with large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, or similar platforms) required.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a mid-sized to large organization using cloud-based ERP applications.

Knowledge of business process optimization within accounts receivable workflows.

Familiarity with automation tools integrated within ERP systems.
