Our approach blends PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) techniques with personalized attention to enhance mobility, reduce pain, improve posture, and promote post-workout recovery, helping clients "Live Long" POSITION: The Assistant Sales Manager is a dynamic, high-energy sales and operations role. You will support the Studio Manager in driving membership sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring a premium in-studio experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a people-first, goal-driven environment and is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others. REQUIREMENTS 1-2 years in a sales, fitness, or service-based environment preferred Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with ClubReady technology: POS systems, CRM software, social media Positive attitude, team player, and self-starter Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends Benefits & Compensation Hourly pay + commission and bonuses Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding brand Supportive, fun, and health-focused studio environment RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Membership Growth Drive studio sales by converting leads, walk-ins, and trial sessions into memberships Conduct follow-up communication with prospects via phone, text, and email Support local community outreach and in-studio events to generate new leads Maintain knowledge of all membership packages and promotions Customer Experience Greet and check in clients, ensuring a friendly, welcoming environment Educate new clients on StretchLab services, session options, and the benefits of stretching Address client concerns and feedback in a professional, solutions-oriented manner Studio Operations Assist with opening/closing procedures and ensure studio cleanliness and organization Manage front desk operations, bookings, and point-of-sale system Help train and support front desk staff as needed enhance the current member experience support brand efforts with social media, studio marketing We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
