Position Summary
Digital Workplace Strategy & Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive digital workplace strategy that aligns with our business objectives and enhances employee productivity, collaboration, and engagement.
Digital Workplace Strategy Development: Lead the development of a digital workplace strategy that encompasses the use of technology, tools, and processes to create a modern and efficient work environment. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement. Work with all teams in Digital Workplace to document the strategy and the multi-year plan of delivery.
Technology Evaluation and Selection: Working with all teams across Digital Workplace, evaluate and select the right digital workplace technologies and tools that align with the organization's goals and requirements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the digital workplace strategy remains innovative and competitive.
Change Management: Working with the Digital Workplace teams, develop and implement change management strategies to drive adoption and acceptance of the digital workplace strategy. Collaborate with HR and communication teams to create training programs, communication plans, and support materials.
Strategy Tracking and Monitoring: Develop and implement a system for tracking and monitoring the progress of our multi-year strategy. This includes creating and maintaining a database or tracking tool to capture key milestones, initiatives, and performance metrics.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to the implementation of the strategy, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
Leadership Status Updates: Coordinate and facilitate regular status update meetings with leadership to review the progress of the strategy. Prepare meeting agendas, gather relevant information, and provide clear and concise updates on the status of each initiative.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience with strategy development and stakeholder management.
7+ years of experience with project management.
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or other similar management system.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to provide strategic counsel and collaborate with executive leadership.
Experience in mentoring teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and supporting business goals.
Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence and direct business meetings.
Deep understanding of business operations and the ability to align initiatives with organizational goals.
Experience in driving innovation, conducting research and analysis, and implementing strategies for efficiency and scalability.
Ability to provide feedback, observations, and insights for meaningful improvements.
Problem-solving skills, supportiveness, and the ability to recognize and engage team members.
Experience with technical leadership, especially in areas relevant to the organization (e.g., IT support, automation, analytics, collaboration tools, engineering).
Ability to design and implement automated workflows and leverage emerging technologies.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience).
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
