Need 5 full time, temporary, seasonal Warehouse and Mill Operators to work in Foxhome, MN. From: 09/01/2025 - 06/30/2026 Work: 40 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 8 hrs./day 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. ESST (Earned Sick and Safe Time) Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year. Must Apply By: 01/30/2026 Note: Due to system rules, this job order will close before the recruitment period elapses on 01/30/2025, however a new job order will be created and posted for the remainder of the recruitment period. JOB DUTIES: Loading and unloading grain, processing, and packaging of grain into trucks for overseas shipping. Warehouse cleaning and maintenance to ensure. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of three (3) months experience required. Able to lift 100 lbs. Must be willing to obtain an appropriate driver's license (class D) within two (2) months of hire date. If applicant does have a license, applicant must furnish employer with current drivers abstract showing acceptable driving record. No high school diploma/GED required. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
