Field Supervisor Complete required quality in-home Compliance visits This necessitates the Field Supervisor to travel to multiple clients' homes nearly every day/week. Lead New Hire Caregiver Orientation and training. Completing new client Opening paperwork Meet with new clients. Identify their needs via services. Identify preferred visit cadence (days of week, times of day) Field-based role. Local travel is up to 80-90%. Would need a dependable vehicle, car insurance, valid driver's license. Administrative Assistant: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of training department Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. Client Care Liaison Responsibilities Establishes and maintains contact with referral sources including but not limited to hospitals, physicians, Case Managers, insurance companies, and other payors. Distributes information materials and participates in related promotional activities. Prospect and qualify new clients and referral sources, initiating and establishing new relationships from the interest generation stage through to close. Participates in on-going assessment of community needs and collaborates with operations to establish objectives for the expansion of relationships to meet those needs. Assume ongoing related client/referral source communication and presentations. Facilitates communication between referral sources, the community, and local office operations. Assists in development of agency-wide marketing plan, provides creative marketing techniques. Is informed regarding competitors pricing/marketing strategies. Works to increase number of referrals taken under care including assisting potential clients with funding sources for care through Medicaid, VA, and other payors. Exercises excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and sustain ability to work in a multi-task environment leading to completion of marketing activity and reporting promptly. Conduct external recruiting activities increasing Care Partner candidates in the local branch. Employment Specialist Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the hiring process for paraprofessional field personnel from interview through hiring. Be responsible for coordinating Agency orientation. Attend community job fairs to market Agency employment opportunities. Reach out to applicable community resources to recruit appropriate personnel. Work directly with Nurse Instructor to prepare for trainings. Coordinate and manage field staff compliance consistent with State regulations and/or licensure requirements.
