As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will interact with a diverse group of people, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while monitoring access points and assisting with badge control. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergencies and/or evacuations as directed by site procedures.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents encountered during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:
At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
