Join Protolabs as the Director of Sales for Grow and Expand Accounts and lead a team dedicated to transforming potential into performance. Perform other related duties as assigned What it takes Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Marketing or related field OR equivalent education and/or experience. 8+ years of sales leadership experience in a high growth environment. 4+ years of experience in leading managers or other senior level managers. Proven ability to develop and manage high-performance, result-oriented teams. Extensive experience in leading teams with dynamic and transforming environments while managing through change and ensuring smooth transitions and continuous team engagement. Demonstrated expertise in crafting and executing long-term growth strategies, working collaboratively with cross-functional leadership teams to consistently surpass growth and profit objectives. Dynamic and results-oriented leader with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve performance objectives. Possesses strong data-driven expertise in establishing, monitoring, and analyzing revenue metrics and pipeline data to optimize team performance. Proven track record in forecasting and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Solid business acumen, with an in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes. Proficient in computer systems and CRM software solutions.
