Description

A midsize firm specializing in civil litigation, including construction and real estate, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team in Portland, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative setting with clear growth potential: several receptionists have moved into legal support or administrative roles.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Answering phones and managing the reception area.

Greeting clients and visitors.

Managing calendars for attorneys and conference rooms.

Stocking and maintaining office supplies and spaces.

Processing mail/deliveries.

Assisting attorneys with a variety of administrative tasks.

Preparing legal documents such as time summaries, proofreading invoices, and maintaining personnel/client master lists.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is $45,000 to $50,000 annually. Benefits include full employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) with safe harbor contributions; paid vacation, sick, and personal leave; profit-sharing contributions; and paid holidays.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven communication and organizational skills.

Professional and friendly demeanor.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in administrative tasks.

Quick learner with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
