Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join a law firm in Livingston, NJ. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in real estate transactions, trust and estate planning, and probate administration. This role involves hands-on support to attorneys and clients, managing legal documentation, scheduling, and case coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review real estate transaction documents including contracts, closing statements, deeds, and title documents

Support estate planning by preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives

Handle probate filings, manage deadlines, and coordinate with courts and financial institutions

Conduct research related to property ownership, deeds, and estate matters

Maintain and organize legal files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Assist attorneys in client communication and case preparation

Schedule closings and coordinate with lenders, title companies, and clients

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience in a legal setting, with focus in real estate law and trusts & estates

Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate required

Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures in NJ

Experience using MS office Bachelor's Degree null
