Job Description:

The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of specialized training requirements while managing a team of 20 PMO personnel.

In this role, the DPM delivers both technical and managerial leadership across all facets of the training program. Working closely with the Program Director (PD), the DPM supports the financial, technical, administrative, contractual, and personnel operations of the program. This role requires direct engagement with client representatives, including the COTR and senior-level customer executives.

The DPM manages and directs resources to ensure successful program execution. With support from the PMO and corporate leadership, the DPM is accountable for the on-time delivery of high-quality training services and deliverables that meet or exceed client expectations and program objectives.

HOW A PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

? Demonstrated expertise in program management, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination.

? Strong program management skills to drive performance, manage risk, and ensure alignment with mission objectives.

? Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, PMO leads, and internal functional teams to align workforce capabilities with mission-critical training requirements.

? Maintains current knowledge of relevant training technology

? Continuously analyze workload trends and implement process improvements that enhance workforce scalability, responsiveness, and contractual compliance

? Lead planning efforts and provide workload management recommendations to the client.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

? Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science

? Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience

? Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly

? Required Skills and Abilities: Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.

? Preferred Skills: Remain current with evolving technologies relevant to the program mission and apply them as appropriate.

? Location: On Customer Site

? US Citizenship Required

The likely salary range for this position is $172,550 - $233,450. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
