Lead Analyst - Supply Chain
Job Description:
The Lead Analyst is responsible for leading and optimizing inventory management and control. This includes developing a vision and implementing plans, processes, and initiatives to improve inventory management and control. They are recognized as a subject matter expert within their function and the incumbent will influence and communicate with all levels of the organization.
They lead and coordinate day-to-day activities and develop, train, and implement strategies that manage and improve their area of influence. Their team consists of Cycle Counters, Shipping & Receiving, and Material Handlers.
You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
Create and maintain the production plan for finished goods and subassemblies based on WOS goals, defined run strategies, equipment, labor and raw material availability reconciling any known disruptions ahead of the production start date
Collaborate with Corporate Supply/Demand Planning on Promotion coordination and execution
Actively support cradle to grave product management reducing risk of supply disruption and end of life excess and obsolescence
Coordinates the planning and implementation of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and deviations
Purchase Order Management
Release, confirm, and actively reschedule, and cancel raw material purchase orders for product families assigned, managing all day-to-day activities and escalating roadblocks to Manager
Execute and administer inventory initiatives and implement best practices
Maintain proper inventory levels, recommend and preserve safety stock for raw materials

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
Associate or bachelor's degree required in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, and Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and a stellar attention to detail are essential
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing decimals
1 year Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills preferred
