Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be part of the logistics department supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, WMS/SAP knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Plano, TX

Pay Range: DOE

Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

What's the Job?

Fill orders for finished manufactured products by pulling items from the Warehouse and Stockroom.

Verify model, part number, and serial number information from materials documents.

Prepare documents and mailing labels for materials pulled.

Maintain inventory records of products pulled against an itemized list; perform cycle counts of materials.

Notify supervision of any discrepancies noted during itemized list verification.

What's Needed?

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): SAP, Oracle

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills to report discrepancies and collaborate with team members.

Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control is a plus.
