Job Title: Administrative Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about providing excellent administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications

Maintain filing systems and ensure records are up to date

Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting

Support office operations including ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
