Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in San Jose, California. In this role, you will provide essential office support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and bring strong organizational skills to the position.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining records.

Answer incoming calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update organizational databases.

Provide receptionist support, greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming office environment.

Coordinate office supplies and inventory to ensure resources are readily available.

Assist with document preparation, formatting, and distribution as required.

Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and organizational goals.

Ensure compliance with office procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Handle general customer service inquiries with efficiency and professionalism. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in data entry and office management software.

Ability to manage inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.

Familiarity with receptionist duties, including greeting and assisting visitors.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
