Schedule: Full Time

Shift :Days; Flexible: 7a-4p, 8a-5p, 9a-6p

The community youll be caring for : AdventHealth Daytona Beach - 770 West Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach

The role youll contribute:

Performs administrative duties and tasks for the Director and/or Medical Director, Managers and various members of the department leadership team. Develops, maintains, & organizes departments files, records, and data. Runs reports, queries, and spreadsheets and transmits data to appropriate personnel. Handles department reception functions, telephone calls, manages visitors to department. Works under general supervision and consults with the Department Director only when presented with complex problems.

The value youll bring to the team:

Maintains the Director and Manager schedules and calendars.

Responsible for Human Resource/timekeeping duties for department.

Handles a variety of documentation for the Medical Director, Director, and/or Managers.

Contributes to the smooth operation of the Department by performing other related duties as assigned but not limited to the following: Open and distributes mail.

Other duties as assigned.

The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications :

High school diploma

3 to 5 years administrative assistant experience

Preferred qualifications :
